Mermaid Statue

The Mermaid Statue alappuzha near Kayamkulam Bus Stand is a popular spot, especially for families. Evenings here are beautiful, with great sunset views over the lake. This statue, the largest of its kind in Kerala, was sculpted by Johns Kollakadav. It measures 26 feet in length and 34 feet in width, standing as a notable landmark on the banks of Kayamkulam Lake, which also serves as the finishing point for boat races.
